Update computers with no internet access

I have 40+ computers that I would like to setup to automatically stay upated
(Win2k, XP Home and Pro). I also have one computer which can get to
Microsoft's Update. Can I setup this one computer to automatically download
updates and then have the other 40+ computers update themselves from this one
central location?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Barry. I just saw your reply to the posting "Automatic Windows Updates"

It looks like I can't do it without purchasing a Server OS. I hate having to
buy something to do something that doesn't normally cost anything (MS
Updates).
