update down load failure

I recieve the following code oxodoe4104 for the following down load please
advise


Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP
5.1 (KB842773)

Are you trying to download it from either the Windows or Microsoft
Update sites or is it coming down via Automatic Updates ?
Try a manual download from here and *save* it:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Disconnect the system from any network/internet connection.
Temporarily disable the installed antivirus|security software. Consult
the User Guide or manufacturer's web site to learn how this is done.

Now install WindowsXP-KB842773-v2-x86-enu.exe and then restart the system.
** Remember** to reenable the AV|sec software *prior* to reconnecting
the system to the net/network.

Did that get it installed ?
