update download failure????

The following updates failed to be installed successfully:
Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1

This is the error message I'm recieving when trying to download the download
update, I am trying to get service pack 1 and 2 but this will not allow me -
any ideas????? Thanks!!!!

Hi Steve,

Try "manually" d/loading and installing the Update for Background
Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1, which is available
for d/load from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

If successful at installing this update, try the Windows Update site and see
if you are then successful in receiving the other updates.

And try downloading SP2 from
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...35-SP2-ENU.exe.
