update downloadind failure

i have been trying to download (cumulative security seccurity update for ie7
for windows xp kb939653 ) since it was issued with out success, it half
downloads then gives up,the download centre says it is a problem with my pc
but everything else downloads
any help please has its driving me loopy

nope both times it gives up after half way,update center tel me i have a
problem with pc,but anti virus etc are up tp date.
even tried removing and downloading ie7 again, but no it dosnt like me
