I am presently unable to download updates. We are networked and need to have
an administrator and password in order to download. My question is this:
This computer has a DVD Multi Player installed - could watch DVDs and then
all of a sudden the computer quit. Everytime I attempt to play a DVD -
nothing happens - I check with the Task Manager and it gives the DVD Players
application name and says "Not Responding" Is it possible that updates need
to be installed to correct this problem? I have tried everything else.
