Update error 0x8024400A

Some clients not able to report to WSUS (2.0), and I am having another issue
on the same clients not able to get any updates from Microsoft Update site.
I get the 0x8024400A error.

Try re-registering the MSXML3.DLL on client computers

Click Start, select Run and type:
regsvr32 msxml3.dll
Select Okay.

Try WU again
You may have to reboot

The Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) SelfUpdate service does not send
automatic updates
