UPDATE ERROR- 80070020

I am using Windows Vista SP2 and I tried to install the following update:
Security update for Windows Vista KB967723.
Everytime if I try to update this if failed.

Please has someone a solution for this problem,

0x80070020

-2147024864 STIERR_SHARING_VIOLATION The process cannot access the file
because it is being used by another process

update from Windows Update or from Microsoft Update

Or look at the list of modules being updated for Vista
and figure out which one is "being used by another process"...
