update error msg

i went to check for updates manually and got an error 0x800A0046 i
followed a heap of instuctions on how to resovle this but it does not help.
any help plz thnx

Note that if you in method 1 remove the user account from any groups, you
will need to log off and on again.

For method 2, if you are using Windows 2000 and not Windows XP, note that
SC.exe doesn't come builtin with Windows 2000. You can download it from
here:
