Update Failed to Install: KB916521

II've just downloaded thisa month's four updates. Three successfully
installed, one didn't. It is the Office 2003 Junk Mail Filter KB916521.
I've repeatedly tried to intall it and each time it fails. i've checked my
download history and it records the failed installations. However, I can't
get the redX? to click through to tell me how to fix it. What do I do now?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've just tried that and I get a message "Update
cannnot be applied".

I had the same response when I tried to directly download. Try Robin Walkers'
solution.It worked for me.
