Update Fails, History shows Red "X" Unable to get details

The update for KB20685 and KB922582 continuly fail to install. When I review
my history, it shows the failures with the red "X", however when I clic on
the red x to find a solution, the click performs no action. No new window
(all pop up blockers are off), no nothing. The mouse changes as if it were a
hyperlink, but I get no results? Can anyone please help with either issue:
failed update and/or impossibility of getting details from update history
page.
