Hi all, Having searched and searched and scrambled through the KB I can't
find a solution to this problem. I connect to update, get the express/custom
option which then takes me through a check for latest version of update
softeware. When I try to re-register components it all starts going round in
circles. I expect I need a 'clean' version of 'msiexec' to re-install but
can't seem to find it anywhere. I have tried the unregister/regserv option
from 'command' but this doesn't help. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Many thanks. Cheers, Bren

This problem is starting to bug me too. Perhaps sticking to Linux would be a
solution ;-)

Hi NStoker, if only I could ;-), life would be so much simpler. I regularly
use 'Knoppix' to sort out problems whe all else fails. I keep hoping that
'pigs might fly' and the whole world is on Linux!! LOL
