Update Failure except 'beta'

Hi:
I had NO problem when I installed 'beta' part of Security
other day.

However, today when I tried to install other critical 'Security,'
I got the following message:

" The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view. The options
provided below might help you solve the problem."

I tried top 'two' solutions suggested by M.S., however there
were NO solution on this.

Any clues on this.
