Update/Fixes/Patches FAIL

Using Vista Home Premium - When going to Vista upgrades and allowing 11 of
the latest fixes/patches/upgrades, only 2 succeed, the other 9 fail -
constantly. My failed fixes for fixes log is taking over my H-Drive!

Windows error code is the same for each fail and is not found either at
Micro$oft web site, their Blogs, Google or any where else - for Vista - only
for Win98 or ME (Finmally - a fix to fix fixes for Win98!).

The error code is" Code 8007000B - Get help". The "Get help" leads to
"Troubleshoot" that doesn't go anywhere near failed updates .

Is there an installable fix to allow fixes to be fixed?
