update freezes again

Do not know what is going on again. Can't even get the green scan light going.
I have left it on update for 2 hrs and nothing. I have juno but have tried
both
with the speedban on and off. Also tonight now I can receive e-mail on
the web
thru juno but cannot send e-mail. And we are paying for this !!!
