I have tried installing SP2 several times now, with no luck. Half way
through I get an error message saying can't copy compact.wmz. trying to sort
it out results in a message that the file can not be found, despite the fact
it should have been downloaded with the SP2 stuff! Has this happened to
anyone else? Can any one shed any light on this?
Cheers.

Hi

If the error is for this file location:
"C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\Skins\compact.wmz"

Rename the file and try again. If you still get an error, you might
have a problem with the security setting on the Skins folder.
