I have checked my update history and found some installs that I did not run.
I do not have auto run updates turned on so I can review them first. When
checking the source it said "Other Source" and not "Microsoft Update". Where
is the "Other Source" from? Thanks!

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1; Vista
64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit) when posting in a forum or newsgroup. Please
do so in your next reply.

Is Windows Defender installed/enabled? Is Microsoft Security Essentials
install?

I have the same query as dndmc. Although I do not think it is relevant to
being able to provide an answer to his question which is also mine, for the
record I have Windows XP SP3 and use Kaspersky AV and not MSE. On my update
history, all these "other source" updates are for Windows Defender
definitions.

To avoid confusion, please begin a new thread about your specific problems.
State your IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1;
Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit) in your first post. Thank you.
