Update Icon still @ 0%...???

The download icon came on today. If I roll my cursor over it, it still says
0% updates downloaded. I just don't understand what is going on.
Could anyone please offer an explanation?

Well.........mines been like it for a week and no one on here could help me?

we'll have to it comes out of the update site!
