Update install failed

Hi, All,

I am doing update windows XP for Dell Laptop. There are two items that shows
me that their install failed. One is Network diagnostic Tool (KB91440), Two
is "Update for windows XP (KB896344). Error Code is 0X8007F0EA.

Does anybody know how to fix the problem? Thank in advance,
