Update installation fails. No idea what to do.

"problem on your computer is preventing the updates from being
installed".Hello,

I have downloaded all my updates, but the installation fails all the time,
and no error code is given. The only message I get is "that a problem on your
computer prevents the updates to be installed".

I tried to disable all my virus protection etc but it still does not work. I
am getting a bit desperate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
