Update KB867282 ( Error 0x0000054F )

Installed update KB867282 and tried to restart my computer?I get a black
screen with a message: Windows could not upgrade the file %1 from %2 %1: %2
Windows could not upgrade one or more system files before starting. Retried 6
more times and get same message? Looked at my Upgrade History and it shows up
as Successful install.Looked in upgrade log: 2005-02-10 14:26:28 19:26:28
Error Iuengine Install Set Restore Point (Error 0x0000054F: An internal error
occurred) Keep getting same critical update to install in Windows Update?

Thank You "Torgeir Bakken(MVP)" Had to Disable System Restore and then Enable
System Restore. Redid Windows Upgrade and installed KB867282 , restarted my
computer and it opened Windows Me. This gave me a new start point in System
Restore.
