Update KB91047 keeps failing...

Everytime I go to Windows Update to install this it fails, when Automatic
Update tries to install it, it fails. Whenever I shut down my PC it asks to
install the update but it never works. It's been this way for like 2 weeks
now and its really becoming annoying and I don't know what to do, can anyone
please help me?

I am having the same problem how can i fix it.

I get the same and it is messing up my Norton which in turn is messing up my
Outlook email retrieval.

what is the solution to this problem. I am experiencing the same problem.
