Update KB921566 - can't install

for some reason this update for office 2003 doesn't install and I get an
error.

I only have the FrontPage 2003, but this shouldn't be an issue.

Any suggestions?

Runing XP PRO, Dell P4, 3.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 250GB HD with 90% free.

Yes. Shut down Outlook before you try to install the update.

EUREKA!

I found out that there is something wrong with my LIS. Here is the page that
inidicated the problem

(could be in Dutch, so here is the download page for the repair tool:

After that: no problem at all!
