Update KB921883, MS06-040

This update may cause legacy DOS programs to stop printing and to behave
eratically. A common automotive billing program would no longer print,
reporting that the printer was out of paper. It also loaded slowly and had
other odd behaviours. Renoving this update corrected the problem immediately.
Be carefull when deploying this update if you have legacy apps!!!!

This was a Canadian auto repair shop program called HAS5. We could never get
it to work under W2K but with lots of tweaks got it to run under XP. Behaved
very strangely after the update, would not task switch using Alt Tab for
instance.
