Update KB925525 will not install

Update KB925525 will not install it gives a 0X80070643 error code and the
automatic installation notice in the system tray will not disapear.
also my system now will not shut down in keeps showing that it is installing
the update that finished with an error.

TaurArian. Can you look at this thread (this is how I solved my problem) and
let me know if others should check their registry settings.

At last, I have fixed my problem and gues what. It was a missing registry
entry caused by a Registry Cleaner.

Registry cleaners have been known to cause problems and therefore not
recommended.
That's probably why article http://support.microsoft.com/?id=903772
suggests removal and reinstalling office due to missing keys/files etc.
