I am having a problem after installing update KB931768.

I am running Vista Home edition basic. IE7 opens and then quickley closes
....a windows pops up asking if I want to save file NAVCANCL size 2.64KB From
IEFRAME.DLL. My computer returns to normal after performing a system restore.

Microsoft experts...please help!

Mary

I am having the exact same problem with this update, but I'm running Windows
XP Pro Verson 2002 Service Pack 2. Any solutions?

I had the same problem . what worked for me was uninstalling ie7 and going
back to ie6, then they ask you to install the same patch kb931768 for 6 as 7
do it then restart and then make sure everything works in ie6, then create a
restore point for safety, and reinstall ie7. this worked for me i hope it
works for you!!

Good work, but this solution won't work for those of us who installed Vista
without having IE6 installed beforehand.

What we need is a solution from the big guys at MS to come up with a
workable update!

Help please!

Go in your control panel to add or remove programs and scroll down to
internet explorer. It should show the update and give you the option to
remove.
