Please download the 32 Bit version of the update once more from here:
http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx
In the Search field type in KB937287
Click Search
Click the Add sign next to " Update for Windows Vista (KB937287) "
Click ' view basket (1) ' under Search
Click the Download button
Save KB937287, do NOT run it yet.
When the download is complete close IE and any other open programs.
Install KB937287 by *right* clicking it and choosing ' Run as
Administrator '.
Did that get it installed ?
If not, please post the WindowsUpdate.log located in the WINDOWS
directory [folder]. Enter this in the Start Search field windowsupdate.log
Click Search, or, click Start > Run > type in
%windir%\windowsupdate.log
Click OK or press Enter
Start at the bottom of the log and work your way back up until you find
an entry with a FATAL error in it.
Copy and paste the entire section of the log that contains FATAL in it
into your reply, please.
