Update KB937287

Along with apparently many others, I have repeatedly tried to install update
KB937287 without success & get the error message 80070BC9. I can find no
reference to this error message. I hope someone at Microsoft is reading this
post!

Doubtful on the latter.

Would be good, in the future, if you start out with what operating system
you are running when posting. Sure, we can look up the patch you are asking
about - and in this case - see that you have some version of Windows
Vista...

.. Windows Vista Enterprise
.. Windows Vista Ultimate
.. Windows Vista Business
.. Windows Vista Home Premium
.. Windows Vista Home Basic
.. Windows Vista Starter

But that could be lucky - som patches go across the OSes...

Now - if you happen to have a 64-bit version of Vista...

I'm on Vista Home and after the KB937287 update I could no longer access the
internet. I tried to uninstall this update but it can not be uninstalled.
Please help.

I'm on Vista Business, and i have the same problem after the KB937287 update.

I have another computer with Windows XP, and here i have no problem
accessing the internet. They both use the same router.
