update KB941649 failed multiple times

I have been trying to get the updatem KB941649 to install everyday. I keep
getting a failed status. when i check to see why in the update history it
shows error code of 800f0826. and from the day before it showed error code
80246007. I have windows vista basic 32-bit os. I have even tried to get the
direct download from the update site and I am getting the same errors. Its
getting real annoying having it tell me that there's an important update to
install and yet it won't do it.

800f0826 - Indicates a previous update has failed to install and thus preventing further
installations of updates. Affects only Windows updates.

I checked my settings as to what the link says and everything is as it should
be.
so far the last 2 failed troubles are error 800f0826.
