Update KB941649 won't install

I keep getting error C0150004 whenever I run Windows Update and I do not know
why. I tried installing update KB941649 (x32) manually but that fails as
well. The logs do not reflect any specific files or folders or reasons. Can
anyone help me with this?

i am also having a problem with KB941649. When try to install i have to
validate, but there is no Internet Explorer Information Bar to download
Active X.
the alternative method of validating does not work as Internet Explorer goes
off line.
any help??

same problem. I con not install update KB941649. But for several problems I
got this message: "To solve this problem, go online to download and install
an update from the Microsoft Download Center website." which is update
KB941649.
