Update KB968816 Corrupts MP3 Tags

When I install the Windows Update KB968816 onto my computers it causes the
MP3 ID3 tags to corrupt when adding/editing information with unicode
characters (like Chinese or Japanese) from the file properties.

However, when I uninstall this update it resolves the issue.

This problem happens when this update is installed on Windows XP (All
versions) and Windows Home Server. I don't have Vista so I do not know if it
affects Vista as well.

Any suggestions are welcome.
