Update keeps repeating... how do I fix?

the update KB931906 keeps repeating.. it stated that it successfully
installed but a few minutes later update is in the tray. When I click and do
the install it intalls KB931906 again.. and again... and again... Any
suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bruce
