update keeps repeating the same update

I just had to reinstall WIN2K and a particular update keeps showing up with
"0"kb. I install it, it shows successful but the next time an "update" shws
up it's the same one!!

Want to tell us what update it is?

I keep getting security update xml core services 4.0 serv pack kb936181. I
download it, and it is right back on my bar to be downloaded. Any ideas?
