Update keeps trying to install Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP

I have had Windows Update install, successfully according to the updates
history, the Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (KB891861) at
least 30 times. I have gone so far as to uninstall it, then reinstall it, but
Windows Update still says I need it.

Am I protected? How do I tell?
