The update for Media Encoder 9 (KB954156) failed twice

The following update failed twice using automatic update and now does not
show up to try and update. Security Update for Windows Media Encoder 9
Series for Windows XP (KB954156)

How do I locate the update and try to download. Appreciate any help.
