Update messed up my system!

I updated last night, and once I logged off of IE browser, I ws not able to
receive IE pages again...It's working on a different server, but not my DSL
connection at home! Whats up?

I HAD THE SAME THING....UNINSTALLED SP2 TO GET BACK ON THE WEB.
