update mie 6.0 servicepack 1

I tried a few times to install servicepack 1. After downloading from Microsoft Windows Update and starting the install procedure, it quit after a while. The message giving back is that not all parts can be download from Microsoft and I have to sent a message to Microsoft Windows Update. Have somebody a clue what to do?

I am trying to upgrade Windows ME system from IE 5.5 to IE 6.0. When I download
the file and go to setup for IE6setup, I get an error message stating "Setup was
unable to install all components. Shut down those and reinstall."
