Update Mystery

I received a notice (from MS) telling me there are 3 update I need to
download and install. However, when I went to the update page, it showed
"There are no new updates," followed by an "install now" button and the
following information: -Total: 1 = 75 KB, < 1 minute

Anyone know how I can find out what MS wants me to install?

I have had that happen a lot, I started refreshing the update page before I
did anything about the updates. It helped my updating, but can anyone tell me
why I have downloaded 1 (one) update eleven (11) times today, and can't load
anything else.
