Update of .neT 2.0

I have had problems installing Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework,
Version 2.0 (KB917283). It has failed twice -- hung up with no progress
after about 80% of the progress bar was displayed -- 2nd try it hung at no
progress for about 18 hours/overnight.

I had problems with the loading of Version 2 but i finally loaded a long
time ago.
