Update notice

I keep getting update notice to install security for Microsoft XML Core
Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181). I install it and reboot system and
the same notice keeps coming back even though it tells me it was successfully
installed.

I am having the same problem with Live toolbar update (KB926295). Installed 3
times now.
