Update for OneNote 2003 (KB917148) Failed

Update failed several times, any ideas?

Hi

I have had this propblem too. I found that it was caused by a registry
cleaner removing some of the required registry keys. I had to restore my
backup to correct this. If you are unsure, microsoft have a help log about
replacing removed registry keys so worth searching for.
