Update only critical Pathces

Is there a way to only update critical updates, and bypass all the reset

Darwin.
Easy, that is the way it is designed.
If you use Automatic Update, that is all you get.
If you go to Windows/Microsoft Update, choose Custom.
You can select what you want, Critical and otherwise.
Or you cab choose Express and only the Critical are selected.
