Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter (KB906173) fails to ins

Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter (KB906173) does not install when
it comes from Microsoft updates.

Just received a second Update and exactly the same has happened to me!

I have no intention of re-installing Office just to fix this problem. If
neccessary I'll junk Outlook!
Is this a moderated discussion or are we just floundering about in the dark?
