Sounds to me like you have some files jumbled up. I am certain that was my
problem since the uninstall and reinstall solved my problem. Re-installing
Office is pretty quick and simple to do and backing up or copying your data
is easy too. I have found over many years of running computers it is a good
idea to back up all your data and re-install the Operating System and other
Applications about once a year. Takes some time but generally after running
for a long period of time many things get jumbled up and by not taking care
of them right away things get worse and worse until you end up with major
problems and usually a loss of important data.
