Update package 939683

The explanation for this Media Center hotfix is lacking a real description of
the "problem" that is to be fixed. I don't want something messing with my
Start menus that does not address a real bug. Can anyone offer more
information?

If you feel that way WMP is managing shortcuts pinned to the Start menu
is to your liking, than do not install it.
