Update Patch?

Now that SP2 has made Windows Update non functionable, how about a patch to
fix the problem? Or would you rather we revert back to SP1 until the bugs
are worked out of SP2?

SP2 did not make my Windows Update non-functional.

SP-2 did not "made Windows Update non functionable".
Perhaps on your computer, but not all.
Thus there will most likely not be a patch for what is most likely a problem
with your computer.
