Update Pocket PC e350 Toshiba

Please, I need support because I can't make update to drive PocketPC e350. I
have a Windows Vista SP1. When I try return error 800F020B.

0x800F020B -2146500085 SPAPI_E_No_Such_Devinst device instance does not
exist
