Update prevents me from syncronizing with my PDA

I downloaded the two October 13th updates and now I can't syncronize with my
ipaq rx3700. I have tried restoring to before I installed the updates, but to
no effect. Please can anyone help, and has anyone else had a similar problem?

Why does this always seem to happen, the problem seems to have resolved

Hi,

Most likely caused by update 902400 and access issues in the folder
%windir%\registration\ (%windir% is typically C:\Winnt or C:\Windows)
