I had problems with my computer and I reinstalled windows Xp from clean
reformated disk. I installed then service pack 2. After installing Xp office
and some more applications, I connected online and tried to do the latest
windows update. Then I got strange message in the message-box from the
Windows update application:

Internet Explorer - Security Warning:
Windows has found a problem with this file:

Name: wuweb_site.cab?1116437970716
Publisher: Unknown Publisher

I tried then to repeat update several times, restarting computer etc, but I
have not succeeded to do any windows update. Always the same message would
pop back.

Any help or suggestions please

Thanks for trying, but I already searched the web for the above
wuweb_site.cab. I found before that site and couple more which mention the
above cabinet file.

The problem is that inside that cabinet is an ActiveX control. I already
tried and downloaded seperatly this cabinet and unziped it. After I
registered the ActiveX manualy and try Windows update again. But this did not
help.

The problem is I think somewhere with version of ActiveX, but I am not sure.
I am not sure neither why it complains about the Certificate if this was
Microsoft ActiveX and downloaded from Microsoft site.
