Update refuses to install

I have had troubles with update KB938464 error code 0x80070020 which means
"I am having a conflict but I'm not going to tell you anything more." I'm
surprised the event viewer doesn't tell me more.

I have tried disabling bitdefender and my virus scanner with no luck. How do
I get a more verbose error report on this?

Did you try and download this KB938464 directly from MS Download Center and
install it manually

Tried doing it from safe mode and it didn't work.
