Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

I m facing some problem with Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.

I have Citrix Metaframe XPe setup for some applications my remote users use
these application through citrix.
I have updated windows 2-3 days back and after updating windows my users are
unable to use applications through citrix.Whenever they try to open
application through citrix ica client, ica session recieves a blank blue
screen.
i removed Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 from one
server,after removing this update they are able open the application. I
removed this update from all citrix servers now my users are able to open
applications through ica client.
But when i scan my network for security holes it gives result there are some
holes in citrix servers, there was no holes before removing this update.

Now i have two problems that i have to secure my servers and i have run
citrix aplications as well as.

Can anybody suggest me what should i do in this scenario. is there any
substitute of Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

Thanks a ton, you suggest me the right way. Your suggestion helped me lot.
But Torgeir when i try to install this citrix hotfix it gives an error "The
upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because
the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a
different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded
exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgraded patch."

I tried this command also "msiexec /P XE104W2KR01.MSP /q" but it is not
getting installed please suggest me what should i do.

We also had this problem. I spoke with Citrix. MetaFrame also has to be at
Feature Release 3 for the recommended patch. Fortunately the two customers I
am working with both are entitled to the Citrix upgrade because they have
Subscription Advantage. I removed the MS Hotfix rollup and they are ok for
the moment. The path then will be 1. updgrade Citrix to FR-3, 2. Re-apply
the MS hotfix rollup for sp-4, 3. Apply the Citrix fix for the MS hotfix.
